Cancellations

Cancellations will not be accepted if goods have been reserved, stored or dispatched by us or by our suppliers.
To cancel an order, please contact us in writing by letter or email within seven days of placing your order. All emails will be acknowledged within 48 hrs of receipt. For letters this will take slightly longer.
If the item has been shipped to you please contact us for details about returning an item.
You will be refunded the cost of your order plus the original postage cost to you.
You will however be liable for the cost involved in sending the item back to us.
